1. At the heart of this formula is sacred olibanum — incense - Boswellia sacra — an aromatic resin harvested since time immemorial under the desert sun and used by queens, priestesses and healers. Olibanum, also known as frankincense, has been used for centuries in the Arab world as a natural ‘elixir of youth’ for the skin, a historical beauty secret.
2. By slowly macerating olibanum resin in cold-pressed castor oil, an oil long treasured in traditional beauty rituals, the precious essence of this sacred resin cherished by Arabian women is gently drawn into the infusion.
3. This macerate is supported by pure tallow from grass-fed cattle, already used in the Bronze Age to protect the skin. The Romans and Egyptians used it as a base for ointments and balms. It contains essential fatty acids such as oleic acid (which helps restore the skin barrier) and stearic and palmitic acids (which are important elements for cell regeneration and protection) that are also naturally present in our skin.
4. Jojoba oil completes the blend with its soothing and harmonising properties and gives it its lightness.

Apply to clean, dry skin. Avoid combining with products containing comedogenic ingredients, as these may clog the pores. Use it slowly and consciously; a little goes a long way.
